Had a wonderful experience on our stay at Agra, specially because of the hospitality received from the receptionists and the care takers. Rooms were clean, rates were decent, had issues with Geyser but they gave access to another room for bathing. They even kept luggages safely post our checkout and helped with ticket booking for taj mahal. Overall, if you are looking for a budget hotel and travelling with family, you can go with this one! ~ Ayush D
I recently returned from Taiwan and stayed at Taj Silver Palace Hotel in Agra. The location is convenient, especially if you’re visiting the Taj Mahal, and the staff were warm, courteous, and always ready to help. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well maintained, making it easy to relax after a long day of sightseeing. Service was prompt and professional, and the overall atmosphere felt safe and welcoming. Great value for money and a solid choice for anyone visiting Agra. The best stay at this hotel . Sonu tomar the hotel manager is really helpful and kind. He's always there to assist the customers and provide them the best service not only in hotel but he helps in transport and makes sure that we enjoy our time. We would love to come here soon. ~ Gurleen k
